The Elos Institute (Elos) is a São Paul-based global organization that provides leadership training for social transformation. Since its founding 20 years ago, it has reached more than 3,000 leaders across 51 countries, and has impacted more than 500,000 people in 1,000 communities worldwide. In Brazil, Elos operates in more than 300 locations across 21 states; and since 2019, has been recognized as a top 100 NGO.
Why We Invested
The Instituto Elos was founded by five architects aiming to improve education, community and connection. Over the years, the organization has evolved to focus on efforts that encourage community leadership, social transformation and the strengthening of third sector organizations. Our investment supports the expansion of Instituto Elos’ educational programs, reaching more learners and building additional pathways for autonomy, diversity, belonging and transformation.
