System change in education does not happen without change leaders—be it teachers, administrators, entrepreneurs, or policy makers. Yet around the world, there is a shortage of these leaders, particularly of leaders connected to the community and invested in addressing issues related to educational inequity. Teach For All supports the development of independent, locally led national organizations in over 53 countries that are working to channel the energies of a generation of leaders towards ensuring that all children can fulfill their potential.
It is such a privilege to be part of a diverse, global network focused on developing local leadership to ensure that all children have the education, support, and opportunity to shape a better future. This work is so central to meeting all of our aspirations-- for peace, sustainability, and inclusiveness.
