We support CEERT so that the organization can continue to play the fundamental role it has always played in transforming public and private institutions, and mobilizing collective actions around racial justice and equity in Brazil. Our partnership with CEERT strengthens our ties to the collective movement for racial equity in Brazil that began decades ago.
Data show that [in Brazil] blacks, especially black women, are the largest number of unemployed or underemployed. We act so that HR processes can favor the entry, training and advancement of women, to prevent prejudice and discrimination. We work with companies, HR, and companies’ top leaders. We work with mentoring, preparing women to hold higher position.
