Upcoming Event: From Conversations to Collective Impact

Imaginable Futures

Fireside Chat

Measuring systems change is complex, nuanced, and—let’s be honest—often messy. But what if the measurement process itself could fuel learning, build trust, and drive collective progress?

Join us for a virtual fireside chat on Tuesday, August 19 at 12:00 pm ET/1:00 pm BRT/7:00 pm EAT as we share how Imaginable Futures is bringing its Systems & Impact Framework to life across its work in Brazil, Kenya, and the United States. We will explore how we’re reimagining what it means to measure what matters—placing learning, values, and humility at the center of our approach. We’ll dig into how tools like our Conversation Guide are helping us surface actionable insights, strengthen relationships with partners, and hold ourselves accountable to the systems we aim to shift.

Through candid dialogue with key members of our team, we’ll explore:

  • Designing measurement practices that are adaptive, rigorous and locally grounded and help us to better understand what, why and how changes are occurring in the system
  • Why conversations—not just metrics—can be powerful tools for learning.
  • Translating insights into learning and accountability for ourselves and the broader field
  • The advantages, and words of warning, about integrating AI into your data synthesis and analysis processes
  • The importance of learning and sensemaking practices that help us put the data into action

Whether you’re a funder, practitioner, or partner looking to evolve your own approach to impact measurement, this session is an invitation to reflect, connect, and learn alongside us.

Featured guests include:

  • Enyi Okebugwu, Senior Program Manager at Imaginable Futures
  • Erin Simmons, Chief Operating Officer at Imaginable Futures
  • Jewlya Lynn, Founder of Policy Solve & Sr. Advisor to Imaginable Futures on Learning & Impact
  • Nathalie Zogbi, Lead Program Manager at Imaginable Futures
